I love this movie as it is so different to every other war movie out there. Saw it on the big screen, and bought it on release on DVD to watch in a double feature with the Director's Cut of Troy (highly recommended Paul). I do like the narration that permates the film by a grizzled veteran Spartan (wonderfully played by David Wenham).

The movie isn't even remotely subtle in it's storytelling and thank the various divine ones for that!
