I'd have to agree with you for the most part. Excellent movie, up until the end. I don't know what it is, but sad endings don't sit well with me. Anything with Morgan Freeman in it is worth watching though.

Kind of off the topic of this movie, I was wondering if I could request you to review a different movie because I really enjoy your opinions on movies. The Phantom of the Opera is one of my favorite movies, I would really like to hear what you have to say about it.

I'm sorry, but I disagree. I was quite disappointed by The Million Dollar Baby. For me it is not one movie but two with the accident as the break. And the problem is: the two parts don't fit.

This is one of those rare MPs...
This was one of those movies I dare not disagree. I have seen quite a lot of movies but this one seems to overflowing with renewed perspectives. The most striking part was Eastwood's ability to create something of an anti-climax and that too with panache.
Unlike most movies which are forgotten once the week goes by, this stands apart. It has lessons to teach and to be learnt by all and about the art of creating great movies.
This goes into my best list of movies along with Forrest Gump, etc...

This is one great movie! What is it with Clint Eastwood lately? His last two movies had this "je ne sais quoi" thare was this sort of filence, but at the same time the silence is what links the whole of humanity to it.

"You can afford to whisper when what you have to say is worth hearing."

"It's almost miraculous when you discover that thereare still filmmakers who actually remember that movies are a medium for telling stories about people rather than just a means for separating teenagers from their money on a Friday night."

Stupendous review and great way with words, buddy!
